We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) providing compassionate, person-centered behavioral health services in the Grand Strand. We’re committed to improving lives through accessible care, community partnerships, and by meeting you where you are with lasting hope.

To empower individuals and families impacted by mental illness and substance abuse to reach their fullest potential. We are dedicated to promoting recovery, resilience, and a higher quality of life by providing compassionate, accessible, and community-focused support, regardless of one’s ability to pay.

Grace has now served more than 500 clients, many of whom have been with us for over a year. We meet every client where they are on their journey.
