How it works

  1. Reach out

Call or send a message. We’ll listen, answer questions about insurance and cost, and match you with a clinician.

  2. Your first session

We’ll talk about what brought you in and what you want to be different, then build a plan together.

  3. Ongoing support

Meet in our office or by telehealth. Early and later appointments are available by request.

We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most major insurance plans, and offer financial assistance for those who qualify. What to expect as a new client →

It’s okay to ask for help.

Sometimes the hardest step is the first one. Call us or send a message and we’ll help you find the right fit.
