How do I schedule my first appointment?
Call us at (843) 663-0748 or send a message through our contact form. We’ll talk through what you’re looking for, check your insurance, and find a time that works.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most major insurance plans, and we offer financial assistance for those who qualify.
What if I can’t afford therapy?
As a nonprofit, our mission is to provide care regardless of ability to pay. Ask us about reduced-fee services and financial assistance.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Many sessions can happen by secure video when it’s clinically appropriate. We also meet clients in our office and in the community.
What ages do you work with?
We work with children starting around age 5, teens, adults, couples, families, and older adults.
What happens at the first visit?
Your clinician will get to know you, ask about what brought you in, and work with you on goals. You’re always welcome to ask questions.
What are your hours?
Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM. Early and later appointments available by request.
What if I’m in crisis?
Call or text 988, call our after-hours crisis line at (843) 254-0807, or call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
